As noted in the FAQs “How are buys and sells priced through the Gilded Offering” and “Are there other fees charged through the Gilded Offering”, on purchases and sales you will see our applicable fees prior to confirming your transaction. These fees include a Gilded administrative fee, passed-through payment merchant fees and credit/debit card fees. Storage fees are waived currently and will not be charged without at least 30-day notice. If you choose to have your Available Accounts Balance transferred to your bank, there will be a Gilded bank transfer fee and your bank may charge an additional fee. Finally, we charge fees in limited circumstances for one-off services that we do not expect most customers to avail themselves of. These are described in the Gilded Terms & Conditions.
For our Indian customers, you will purchase and sell gold based on an “all-inclusive” price that includes Gilded’s administrative fees, all credit or debit card and bank fees charged to Gilded and any foreign exchange fees.
