Selling of Gold on the Gilded App
The Gilded App has a Buy & Sell tab at the bottom of the main screen. Simply press Sell and you will be prompted to select the quantity of gold, or currency value of gold, you wish to sell. As noted in the FAQ “How are buys and sells priced through the Gilded Offering”, all sells on the Gilded App are based on the Gilded market price for gold. When you begin the sell process you will see this price on the Gilded App. You then indicate either the quantity of gold, or currency value of gold, you wish to sell. Once you press “Review Order” you will have 5 minutes to decide whether to confirm your sale. If confirmed, your sale proceeds will be credited to your Available Funds Balance in less than one minute. Currency held in your Available Funds Balance is your money and can be used to make additional gold purchases immediately or transferred to your bank account in the future (depending upon your location, this can be accomplished within a maximum of five business days following your sale).
Note: For our Indian customers, Available Funds Balances are transferred via PayTM.
