Can I withdraw my gold or have it delivered?

Withdrawal or delivery of your gold.

These processes are expensive and time consuming and not recommended for smaller accounts. 

By withdrawal, we mean going to the Brinks vault to receive your gold. All customers may do this, subject to any prohibitions that may be imposed by their home countries, possible charges if fabrication is required and coordinating their visit through gilded.support@gildedco.com.

By delivery, we mean having your gold delivered from Brinks to a bank or secure facility. We will consider delivery requests on a case-by-case basis, as relayed to us at gilded.support@gildedco.com.

We can also accept gold from you that you have previously purchased and stored elsewhere; however, such “inbound” deliveries to Gilded are complex and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
