No, not after the buy or sell order has been confirmed. As noted in the FAQs “How do I buy gold on the Gilded App and pay for my purchases” and “How do I sell gold on the Gilded App and receive the sale proceeds”, you will be prompted through the several steps necessary for buying and selling gold on the Gilded App. Once you complete the steps and confirm your transaction, your order is final and cannot be cancelled.
